Interiors

Designed to Inspire. Built for People.

I am Leyla Salm, an artist, designer, and curator. For me, interiors are more than spaces — they are living environments that shape how we work, connect, and thrive.

With a background rooted in art, heritage, and cultural programming, I design and curate interiors that balance aesthetic excellence with practical impact. From workplaces to cultural venues and executive homes, my approach integrates art, design, and strategy to create environments that not only look remarkable, but also support well-being, productivity, and identity.

My Approach

Human-Centred Design
I begin with people. Every project is guided by the needs, culture, and aspirations of those who will live or work in the space.

Art Meets Strategy
I curate art, antiques, and design objects that bring narrative and depth into interiors, ensuring each space tells a story while aligning with business goals.

Performance Through Atmosphere
With expertise in colour psychology, light, and spatial design, I create environments that energise teams, enhance creativity, and leave lasting impressions.

What I Do

  • Corporate & Workplace Interiors – transforming offices into environments that support collaboration, innovation, and culture.

  • Cultural & Public Spaces – designing engaging spaces that connect audiences with heritage, learning, and imagination.

  • Executive Residences & Private Projects – interiors that reflect identity, elegance, and timeless design.

  • Art & Design Advisory – sourcing, curating, and integrating art into interiors, including bespoke functional works.

About Me

I bring over 25 years of international experience as an independent artist and designer, with collaborations across Europe for corporate clients, cultural institutions, and private collectors.

As founder of The Bohemian Emporium, I explore the dialogue between past and present through curated collections of art and design. My work is followed by a community of 130,000+ people worldwide, reflecting a strong connection between creativity and contemporary audiences.

My goal is simple: to design spaces that are not only beautiful, but also strategic, meaningful, and human.
